Job Title: Farm Operative

Job Summary:
Agricultural Recruitment Specialists is seeking a skilled Farm Operative to join our team in East Birmingham. As a Farm Operative, you will be responsible for operating farm machinery, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain farm machinery, including tractors and other equipment
• Assist with crop management, including planting, harvesting, and irrigation
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve operational goals

Requirements:
• Practical farming experience, including experience with farm machinery
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance
• Computer literacy and ability to use software applications
• Full driving licence and ability to drive farm vehicles
• Hands-on, can-do attitude and good team player skills

What We Offer:
Salary £32,000 + Overtime at 1.5x + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
