Forward Role Recruitment is working with a leading street fashion retailer to find a Senior Brand Marketing Executive to drive brand growth and deliver innovative marketing initiatives.

The marketing team focuses on consumer-centric campaigns, content, activations, and events that elevate the brand and maximize consumer impact.

You will join the team responsible for delivering these campaigns in a unified and consistent manner, driving growth through close strategic partnerships with external brands and internal stakeholders.

The brand you will partner with is a prominent sport brand in the market, with a strong presence in Europe and globally. You will leverage your brand management expertise to unlock the brand's potential and gain front-of-mind-space with consumers.

  • Support the development and success of assigned brand campaigns across all channels
  • Co-create and manage assigned brand activity calendars and schedules
  • Develop key marketing initiatives for assigned brands and negotiate key priorities
  • Manage internal stakeholders, including buying, merchandising, retail, VM, and multichannel teams, to optimize budget and deliver engaging campaigns
  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing partner brand relationships from a marketing perspective

About You:

  • Relevant experience in marketing roles, working with consumer brands on a global, regional, or international level
  • Knowledge of brands, their management, and the tools used to define and communicate brand identity
  • Proven skills in delivering brand growth through consumer initiatives, developing and managing brand marketing and communication campaigns with execution experience across the marketing mix
  • Passion for sports, youth culture, and brands, with a willingness to push boundaries and drive visionary projects forward
