We are seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Associate to join our team at Oval Recruit Ltd. in a Contract (Permanent) position. As a key member of our Client Services function, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless client onboarding experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct quality assurance checks on all new accounts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Confirm KYC requirements and account opening needs of new custodians, ensuring accurate and timely onboarding.
- Perform risk assessments on new clients, reviewing for sanctions, negative press, or PEPs as per AML guidelines.
- Work on a variety of financial services products, including onshore and offshore providers, such as SIPP's, Personal Pensions, ISA, Investment accounts, bonds, and wrap providers.
- Update and maintain client records on our CRM system and with Platform Service Providers.
- Approve platform requests, including payment requests and new account openings.
- Proven experience in Client Onboarding, gained from within a Wealth, Investment, Private Banking, or Platform environment.
- Experience in KYC and AML onboarding.
- Strong team player with the ability to help mentor more junior team members.
A competitive basic salary of up to £45,000, plus an excellent package and bonus opportunities.
