Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Manager to join our Global Client Onboarding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for new institutional clients, managing changes to existing mandates, and ensuring a seamless transition for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head of Client Onboarding to ensure timely onboarding of new institutional and sub-advised mandates.
  • Design comprehensive operating models to support bespoke investment solutions, leveraging existing systems and capabilities across Jupiter.
  • Engage with clients, fund administrators, consultants, and other stakeholders to manage the institutional client onboarding process.
  • Project manage internal business partners to ensure high-quality client delivery, identifying areas of focus, risks, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with various areas of the business to identify client onboarding and BAU infrastructure requirements and ensure delivery in a controlled, effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain the overall client project plan, key milestones, timelines, and service requirements.
  • Assist the Head of Client Onboarding in defining and implementing an efficient onboarding process that provides clients with an exceptional experience.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years in investment management client-facing roles, with a strong understanding of the key functions within an asset management business.
  • Broad knowledge of securities industry and variety of investment vehicles.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to analyze information and make sound judgments and recommendations.
  • High level of attention to detail applied to all tasks.
  • Professional team player with proven ability to develop good working relationships with wider areas of the business.
  • Client-focused outlook, with ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
