As an Operational Risk Analyst at Brit, you will be instrumental in assisting the Risk Management team in the development, execution, and upkeep of the organization's risk management framework, policies, and procedures. Your role will involve working closely with different business units to pinpoint potential risks, suggesting corrective actions, and fostering a robust risk-aware culture throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the operational risk evaluation process and provide reports to senior management.
- Identify, evaluate, manage, and communicate operational risks in accordance with the Risk Management Framework.
- Collaborate with business teams to analyze and report on insights gained from risk incidents.
- Encourage the integration of risk management practices and promote a strong risk culture within the organization.
- Stay informed about developments in Risk Management theory and recommend applicable practices.
- Support in conducting ad hoc training sessions related to risk management.
