We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a maternity cover basis. As an HR Advisor, you will provide timely, accurate, and helpful HR advice to Managers across the Group, enabling them to achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice on a range of people issues, including induction, wellbeing, performance, and absence management.
  • Advise staff, apprentices, workers, and volunteers on matters relating to their engagement at The YOU Trust.
  • Develop positive working relationships with key stakeholders and support Managers with all types of employee relations matters.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in HR, with a CIPD Level 3 qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, including the Working Time Directive, The Equality Act, and TUPE.
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
