Job Title: Talent & Attraction Advisor

Avove Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent & Attraction Advisor to join our growing Talent team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to fill our open vacancies and provide recruitment expertise and advice.

About the Role:

This is a full-time permanent position that offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home and one of our offices located in Warrington, Chorley, Durham, or Derby. As a Talent & Attraction Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including vacancy briefs, advertising roles, screening candidates, and providing interview feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment cycle, including vacancy briefs, advertising roles, and screening candidates.
  • Actively manage external talent pools to generate a supply of candidates for key positions.
  • Monitor the recruitment communication inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Provide recruitment expertise and advice to hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the recruitment ATS is continually up to date with accurate data.
  • Work with People Partners and Managers to consider internal candidates for key positions.
  • Showcase job vacancies and recruitment achievements across multiple social media channels.
  • Responsible for adhering to the recruitment SLAs and escalating any issues/blockages to the Talent and Attraction Partner for resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Recruitment Advisor position.
  • Past experience in Utilities or Construction is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous work experience in a fast-moving, target-focused environment.
  • The ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize appropriately.
  • A strong communicator with high customer service focus.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Previous experience of managing stakeholder relationships.
  • High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Experience within a similar sector is desirable.
  • Strong IT skills, with experience of using ATS systems and confident using LinkedIn.
