Job Title: Director of Restaurants and Events

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Restaurants and Events to join our team at Montcalm Marble Arch. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive food and beverage strategy that aligns with the hotel's brand and business objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, bars, and lounges, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and high-quality service.
  • Manage a team of culinary and service experts, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
