Position Summary:

In the role of Transport Services Administrator, you will be essential in facilitating the efficient functioning of our SEND Transport operations. Your responsibilities will include supporting the acquisition and upkeep of specialized transport services while providing exceptional service to our varied clientele.

Primary Duties:

Act as the primary liaison for senior management, efficiently addressing and resolving issues. Proactively oversee communications, ensuring all tasks are identified, monitored, and completed in a timely manner. Organize transport arrangements utilizing established protocols and systems. Evaluate and review contract performance, addressing concerns and escalating grievances as needed. Coordinate meetings, offering administrative assistance and ensuring follow-up on action items. Provide clear guidance and information regarding policies and procedures relevant to the service area. Foster and maintain relationships with internal teams, service users, and external partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience: Demonstrated experience in a customer-centric role, with capabilities in financial oversight and collaboration across various sectors.

Skills and Expertise: Strong organizational and communication abilities, a solid understanding of data management systems, and proficient ICT skills.

Personal Qualities: Initiative, meticulous attention to detail, capacity to perform under pressure, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Required Qualifications:

Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
