Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to oversee daily operations at Strike, a boutique bowling alley in the heart of the city. Located in a Grade II listed building, we host fun social games while serving up fine cocktails and burgers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest services and leading a team of hospitality enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and coordinate operations during scheduled shifts
  2. Manage and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly
  3. Train, mentor, and support staff to deliver outstanding service
  4. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
  5. Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  6. Assist with human resources duties such as scheduling and payroll
  7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a hospitality environment is essential
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
  3. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff
  4. Ability to handle various human resources tasks effectively
  5. A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £28,500.00 per year
