About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at World Duty Free - WDF. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all store operations, including the store team, to drive the employee and customer experience while delivering business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, motivate, and develop staff to achieve their potential.
- Carry out regular team meetings with leaders to review performance, keep the team aware of business targets and objectives, and identify areas of focus.
- Ensure leaders are utilizing manpower planning tools to organize teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Regularly review sales, hourly, daily, and weekly to identify business needs.
- Review store progress, comparing to previous months and years.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Stock & Logistics Manager, Product Manager, Terminal Manager, and CSM to review customer complaints, replenishment actions, sales focus, and store progress.
Requirements:
- Experience in successfully managing a team within a retail customer service and sales environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to articulate in a clear manner in English to all levels of the organization.
- Customer-focused and able to engage and influence internal and external customers.
- Self-motivated, passionate, enthusiastic, and an effective team member/leader.
