Store Director

At Monsoon Accessorize, we're seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the overall performance of our store, managing and developing your team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Drive store performance through effective team management and development
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
• Manage and control store operations, including stock, visual merchandising, and sales
• Lead by example and inspire your team to achieve excellence
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
• Collaborate with the wider Monsoon Accessorize team to achieve business objectives

• Proven retail management experience, with a track record of success
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
