Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide technical support for customers and internal stakeholders with their registration and reporting systems, results queries, suite creation and amendments, and appropriate limits for testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver onsite and online training to customers on data systems and provide ongoing support where problems arise.
  • Answer and deal with telephone queries from customers and other outside agents.
  • Liaise with the commercial team regarding requirements of new and existing customers.

Requirements

  • Laboratory experience with food testing.
  • Good IT skills.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Food testing in a laboratory environment.
  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Experience of dealing with customers.
  • Comfortable talking to customers on the telephone/webchats/face to face.
