Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing an efficient and professional After Sales service to our customers, consumers, and sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with customers, consumers, and sales team via phone and email to resolve queries and issues.
  2. Provide exceptional service by collaborating with the team, focusing on meeting customer needs through courteous attention to detail and timely follow-up.
  3. Action calls and emails for stock returns due to order errors, picking errors, or faulty products.
  4. Raise correct actions on the system, including writing off credits for faulty goods or raising replacement orders under the Hardy warranty.
  5. Carry out administrative tasks to support the After Sales team.
  6. Work closely with the Customer Service & Marketing team to maintain the UK showroom and plan events.
  7. Liaise with Service Centres regarding spares and repairs, including arranging collections from customers.
Requirements:
  1. 1-2 years of similar customer service experience is essential, with experience in a similar After Sales environment being beneficial.
  2. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for working with colleagues, customers, and consumers.
  3. Knowledge of the fishing tackle industry and products is essential, with experience of carrying out repairs on fishing tackle equipment desirable.
  4. A good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential, with working knowledge of SAP being advantageous.
