Bonbon Languages is seeking a highly skilled Bank Reconciliation Specialist with German language proficiency to join its dedicated DACH team in Leeds. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a high-paced environment, managing a large volume of transactions and supporting the financial operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile accounting entries in Oracle against bank statements from Cooper Treasury.
  • Investigate and resolve unreconciled items by collaborating with relevant departments.
  • Post specific transactions including bank charges, interest, and foreign exchange differences.
  • Utilize German language skills to liaise with DACH colleagues and interpret bank statements.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of reconciliation tasks.
Requirements:
  • Recent experience in bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, or accounts payable.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Oracle or SAP.
  • Proficiency in German, with the ability to read and interpret financial statements and communicate with German-speaking stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, excellent reconciliation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
