The Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Logistics Administrator to join our team on an 8-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing order entries for all B2B divisions, interacting with internal and external customers to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders within customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage order entries for all B2B divisions.
  • Liaise with the warehouse on delivery and packing requirements, and produce and send proforma invoices, credits, and debits to customers as needed.
  • Gain knowledge to support other team members, process new account openings, update customer order forms, ensure accurate pricing within the SAP system, and handle returns.
  • Confidently address new account queries and complete set-ups from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCSE and A-level education.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience and familiarity with B2B sales.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, deliver on deadlines, and build strong relationships. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  • SAP knowledge is desired but not essential; proficiency in Microsoft applications is required.
  • Strong internal and external communication skills with excellent English language proficiency.
