Deputy General Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at Chartwells - Main. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Financial Management: Analyze and manage financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building strong relationships.
- Financial Acumen: Strong analytical and financial management skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
