Key Responsibilities
  • Work with customers to complete an induction, risk assessment, and create a support plan to address their individual needs.
  • Develop and review personalized support plans that focus on customers' personal health and wellbeing, debt management, benefit entitlement, and move-on housing options.
  • Empower customers to maintain their independence and understand how to manage their own homes.
  • Ensure all properties are well-maintained, and health and safety checks are completed.
  • Support customers in developing positive relationships with their support network and other services.
  • Ensure timely completion of administration tasks, including support plans, forms, and databases.
  • Support customers in moving into their own general needs tenancy.
  • Collaborate with the local community to fundraise and raise our profile.
Requirements
  • Educated to a GCSE level.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar sector or transferable skills.
  • Experience working with customers with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of great customer service.
  • Ability to fulfill contractual commitments for commissioned services.
  • Experience supporting financial processes, including expenses and invoice processing.
  • Experience completing forms and applications for benefits and grants.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and demands.
  • Motivational approach to supporting customers.
