The Role...

We are in search of a dedicated Junior Sous Chef to contribute to our culinary team. Responsibilities will include recruiting and training new staff, adhering to allergy protocols and dietary preferences, and collaborating with the Executive and Head Chef to develop innovative menu options. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our food offerings are seasonal, relevant, and appealing to our guests.

Physical Requirements:
