We are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to join our team at The Blue Boar, a stunning 17th-century pub in the heart of Chipping Norton. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of kitchen staff to achieve excellent service and quality food
- Champion excellent service through quality food and maintain effective controls on GP and labour
- Work alongside the Head Chef to design and deliver new seasonal dishes for our menus and daily specials
- Manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively at all times
- Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
