Join our team as an Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist. We are seeking a talented individual with a strong electrical background and multi-skilled maintenance expertise.

About the Role:
This position is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance of our automated processing systems and associated equipment. You will be part of a vibrant production environment that values long-term careers and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct both reactive and preventative maintenance on a diverse range of automated processing machinery.
- Identify and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues efficiently.
- Contribute to plant enhancements and engage in project initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have completed an apprenticeship or hold level 3 (or higher) qualifications in Electrical Engineering. Proven experience in the Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or High-care sectors is essential, along with strong Electro-Mechanical skills for troubleshooting, fault resolution, and equipment servicing.

Working Schedule:
Our shifts consist of 2 days, 2 nights, followed by 4 days off, providing a balanced work-life schedule.

Training and Development:
We offer certified training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career progression.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Competitive package of £44-46k per annum.
- Holidays: 23 days plus Bank Holidays.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in similar positions such as Maintenance Technician, Shift Engineer, or Multi-skilled Engineer.
