About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our branch in providing exceptional care services to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the branch, while maintaining the highest standards of care and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Hold the CQC/CIW registration for the branch and ensure that it operates within CQC/CIW guidelines.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of carers to provide high-quality care services to customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive commercial growth and expansion.
  • Regularly review and evaluate the performance of the branch, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are communicated and implemented effectively within the branch.
  • Support the development and training of branch staff and carers.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You will also need to have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in line with CQC/CIW guidance, as well as experience of working within the care sector at management level. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
