Senior Physiotherapy Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy team in Leeds Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patient needs.
- Adhere to our values and beliefs at Nuffield Health, which include being enterprising, passionate, independent, and caring.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring of treatment standards and compliance with professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards.
- Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
Requirements:
- BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Evidence of further professional training and continual professional development.
- Confident communication skills and ability to engage effectively with the general public and other healthcare professionals.
- Competent and confident IT user with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload effectively.
