Are you an enthusiastic and skilled professional eager to contribute to the real estate consultancy industry? Energi People is on the lookout for a proficient Business Support Coordinator to enhance our vibrant regional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential administrative assistance to Directors and Senior Associates within our Regional Hubs.
  • Generate high-quality documentation and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Manage daily tasks and support the operational needs of your assigned Directors/Senior Associates.
  • Facilitate seamless operations within the Regional Support Hub by collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Oversee diary management, process expense claims, arrange travel itineraries, and handle various ad hoc responsibilities.
  • Proofread and maintain document templates, ensuring version control is upheld.
  • Engage with operational teams on diverse projects, support digital transformation efforts, and propose enhancements to service delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Office 365, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with document management systems, such as SharePoint, is advantageous.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills; certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist is a plus.
