About the Role:

  • Define and maintain project management standards to drive business excellence
  • Manage resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Report project progress to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Identify areas for process improvement to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Develop new projects for transformational changes, driving innovation and growth
  • Facilitate change management to ensure seamless adoption of new processes

Essential Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  • PRINCE2 Practitioner/APM Project Manager Qualification, demonstrating expertise in project management
  • Full UK driving licence, enabling flexibility in work arrangements
  • Experience in reporting and business analysis, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Familiarity with Agile project management, allowing for adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
