About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Ipsum, a leading provider of specialist utility and infrastructure solutions. As a Project Manager for Business Improvement, you will play a key role in driving process excellence and business transformation across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging Agile methodologies and Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs, driving strategic improvement initiatives.
  • Provide business analysis and reporting to inform data-driven decision making, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Embed and optimise the full potential of IpsumLive Jobs, including the scheduling and commercial module, vehicle and plant module, SHEQ module, and timesheet module.
  • Centralise non-geographically necessary shared service tasks, investigating opportunities to streamline operations and reduce duplication.
  • Develop and maintain a competency system and administration across divisions, ensuring clear lines of responsibility and effective communication.
About You

We are looking for a proactive and passionate individual with a strong background in project management, business analysis, and process improvement. You will have a PRINCE2 Practitioner or APM Project Manager Qualification, as well as experience in Agile project management, Lean Six Sigma, or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a strong team player mentality and ability to work effectively at pace.
