Discover the impactful role of a Roster Clerk at Southeastern, where your contributions will help streamline operations and enhance team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and distribute effective schedules for station personnel within established timelines, ensuring all staff and management are informed.
- Conduct weekly roster confirmations with the Owning Manager/RM and provide updates on any unassigned duties.
- Track and document instances of 'off track & unproductive time', which includes training sessions, medical appointments, and unscheduled leave.
- Maintain precise records for the stations, covering aspects such as equalization, annual leave, rest days, and Sundays.
- Facilitate comprehensive information transfer with fellow Roster Clerks as necessary.
- Aid in the creation of effective schedules during timetable modifications and in response to local operational changes.
- Support data collection efforts to assist in budget planning and forecasting.
- Help coordinate staff training schedules and other necessary releases, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
- Ensure timely submission of required information to the Payroll department.
- Organize staff releases for meetings, training, and other non-productive obligations as needed.
- Prepare preliminary rosters to assist the RM and management with local adjustments.
