We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Magnus James, a thriving independent Estate Agency in Leicester. Our clients have developed a superb reputation locally and are looking for a driven Lettings Manager who can both oversee a team and help the business to develop and grow.

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: £25k - £27,500k plus commission

Duties

  • Drive Revenue and Growth: Look for new and innovative ways to increase overall lettings business
  • Lettings Valuations: Attend and instruct lettings valuations
  • Onboarding New Stock: Oversight of onboarding new stock
  • Business Development: Anticipate business needs and adapt accordingly
  • Team Development: Training and developing of your team
  • Team Support: Supporting and guiding the team to achieve personal and branch key goals
  • Culture and Motivation: Fostering a positive culture, motivating and leading your team from the front
  • Process Improvement: Reviewing, analysing and improving process and procedure where necessary to optimise team and branch performance
  • Team Recognition: Conduct 1:1's for your team, recognising individual and team achievements
  • Relationship Building: Cultivating and nurturing long lasting relationships with landlords and key stakeholders
  • Strategic Conversations: Engaging in strategic conversations with the wider management team.
