Lettings Manager Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and explore innovative ways to increase lettings business
  • Attend and instruct lettings valuations
  • Oversee onboarding new stock
  • Anticipate business needs and adapt accordingly
  • Train and develop your team
  • Support and guide your team to achieve personal and branch goals
  • Foster a positive culture, motivate, and lead your team
  • Review and improve processes to optimize team and branch performance
  • Conduct 1:1's and recognize individual and team achievements
  • Cultivate long-lasting relationships with landlords and stakeholders
  • Engage in strategic conversations with the management team

Lettings Manager Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Manager
  • ARLA qualified or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills and excellent presentation
  • Man management experience
  • Proven track record in driving business forward, managing risk, and generating new business
  • Excellent knowledge of the lettings process and legislation
  • Able to motivate, manage, and lead by example
