Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and explore innovative ways to increase overall lettings business
  • Attend and instruct lettings valuations, ensuring seamless property management
  • Oversee the onboarding of new stock, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Anticipate business needs and adapt processes accordingly, ensuring optimal team and branch performance
  • Train and develop your team, fostering a positive culture and motivating them to achieve personal and branch goals
  • Support and guide the team, recognizing individual and team achievements, and cultivating long-lasting relationships with landlords and key stakeholders
  • Engage in strategic conversations with the wider management team, driving business forward and managing risk, regulation, and new business generation
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, with a proven track record in driving business forward
  • ARLA qualified or equivalent, with excellent knowledge of the lettings process and legislation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with negotiation skills and the ability to motivate, manage, and lead by example
  • Man management experience, with a proven ability to develop and lead a team
