Lettings Manager - Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and explore innovative ways to increase overall lettings business
  • Attend and instruct lettings valuations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Oversee the onboarding of new stock, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Anticipate business needs and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Train and develop a team of Lettings Managers, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Support and guide the team to achieve personal and branch key goals, recognizing individual and team achievements
  • Cultivate and nurture long-lasting relationships with landlords and key stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and customer service
  • Engage in strategic conversations with the wider management team, driving business growth and development
Lettings Manager - Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, with a proven track record of driving business growth and managing risk
  • ARLA qualified or equivalent, with excellent knowledge of the lettings process and legislation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Negotiation skills are essential, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills
