Marketing Performance Lead

We're currently seeking a seasoned Marketing Strategist to join our team at Identify Solutions, a reputable Fintech company based in the UK.

In this role, you'll have full ownership of Performance Marketing, working closely with our Sales Team to optimize and increase inbound leads - from mapping the Customer Funnel to driving quality results. You'll manage multiple channels (PPC, SEO, SEM, and Social Media) and will have the autonomy to shape your strategy, including budget decisions.

  1. Manage all aspects of PPC campaigns, including ad copy, targeting, and bidding.
  2. Enhance SEO efforts and drive organic traffic through keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
  3. Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly, using data-driven insights to inform your decisions.

Ultimately, we're looking for a data-driven specialist who can take initiative and is excited about making a meaningful impact at Identify Solutions. Our team works in a hybrid manner, with a focus on collaboration and open communication.
