This role will focus on generating demand, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering awareness through collaboration with business leaders to design and implement impactful multi-channel partner marketing strategies that significantly contribute to the sales pipeline.

The company is on the brink of further global growth, capitalizing on its impressive market success.
This position is highly influential within the organization, engaging with senior technical, commercial, and marketing stakeholders from partner entities to cultivate strong, effective relationships that drive co-marketing efforts aimed at customer acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship Activation:
- Oversee daily account management of partners and stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness and maximize sponsorship benefits.
- Collaborate with partners to create and implement sponsorship activation and campaign strategies (program planning, campaign management, tactical execution, promotions).
- Identify fresh opportunities for co-marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to boost brand recognition, lead generation, and revenue enhancement.
- Manage the sponsorship deliverables of commercial agreements throughout their duration.
- Coordinate all marketing elements of the partnership, ensuring the quality of materials and communications from partners, addressing daily issues, and accurately documenting partnership activities.
- Work closely with key internal teams, including sales, operations, and other marketing departments, to deliver comprehensive integrated campaigns.
Player Sponsorship:
- Oversee the fulfillment of player contract obligations to promote the brands and products.
- Serve as the primary contact for marketing initiatives and activations involving professional players, which may include content requirements, product development processes, and third-party relationship activations.
- Establish a robust framework to manage player responsibilities and demonstrate the value of these investments to the organization.
- Maintain a strong industry presence by supporting activations across youth and player development programs.
Sponsorship Acquisition:
- Assist in acquiring professional player and commercial sponsorships by supporting senior management in identifying, assessing, and negotiating potential sponsorship opportunities.
- Drive collaborative go-to-market campaigns and launches of new partnerships to enhance awareness and adoption of our joint solutions, integrations, and relationships.
- Support the creation of communication materials for new partnerships that align both brands through unified messaging.
Reporting and Governance:
- Utilize consumer insights, business data, and previous activity learnings to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner marketing initiatives and monitor campaign performance against defined metrics.
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts and maximize return on investment.
- Conduct quarterly/bi-annual marketing reviews with strategic partners, presenting campaign performance and ROI while making recommendations and ensuring follow-up actions.
- Enhance and implement processes and best practices to ensure program success, measuring outcomes and sharing insights with key internal stakeholders.
Required Experience
- Extensive experience in a Marketing or Partnership role, preferably within a sports-related environment or similar.
- Proven track record in a campaign-focused role with experience in campaign planning and sponsorship activation involving multiple partners.
- Ability to engage with clients, partners, and team members at all levels, establishing credibility and building trusted relationships.
- Proficient in nurturing relationships within complex partner environments at various levels.
- Results-oriented with the capability to plan and deliver against project timelines.
- Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities and maximize their potential.
- Educated to degree level or possess equivalent commercial experience.
