Job Title: Brand Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Director to join our UK-wide Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing the L'OR brand strategy, delivering innovation and renovation projects, and supporting in-store activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute L'OR brand activations across TV, social, digital, and shopper touchpoints.
  2. Work closely with external creative, shopper, and media agency partners to ensure brand consistency.
  3. Champion the L'OR brand and category, working closely with local and global stakeholders.
  4. Support the Brand Manager(s)/Category Manager on range/portfolio management, including leadership of innovation & renovation projects.
  5. Responsible for brand and portfolio performance tracking and analysis.
  6. Support Shopper Marketing & Category Management JDE teams to ensure exceptional brand activation in-store & on shelf.
  7. Ownership of the local marketing budget, management, tracking, and reporting.

Requirements:

  1. Previous marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
  2. Experience developing and executing digital and shopper communications across social media, websites, digital, and shopper touchpoints.
  3. Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills with a track record of building strong relationships/collaboration.

Education:

  1. Educated to degree level – Marketing/Business/Management desirable.
