Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at CDM Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials, parts, and equipment to our GSE Technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to personnel calling in at stores to collect items
  • Respond to telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Issue materials to the GSE Technicians, ensuring accurate paperwork and documentation
  • Purchase materials from local suppliers as needed
  • Pick and pack stock orders for delivery to outstations
  • Ensure accurate scanning of parts onto our in-house software, ELC
  • Deliver materials and equipment to shop floor and work areas as required
  • Update Supervisor regularly on pending parts status
  • Check and receipt deliveries to site
  • Notify suppliers of any damaged goods or short shipments
  • Locate and label new stock items as required
  • Participate in stock counts and reconciliation against ELC inventory
  • Ensure accurate barcoding of stock items
  • Maintain full traceability of all stored materials and items
  • Ensure proper storage of items based on size and weight
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a store's environment
  • Knowledge of PPE and mechanical parts or materials advantageous
  • Able to use computers and input data
  • FLT license advantageous

This is a dayshift Monday – Friday position with occasional travel to other sites, which will be paid for. The ideal candidate will have some flexibility and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
