Job Description

**Job Title:** Strategic HR Business Partner

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at Executive Network Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our clients, with a focus on talent management and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor employee engagement, advising on retention strategies as needed to promote employee engagement and reduce turnover.
  • Support managers in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to inform decision-making and prepare regular reports on key HR metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Build and utilize a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, including their commercial levers, strategic priorities, and organizational structures.
  • Act as a role model and influencer for change initiatives, driving continuous improvement within areas of responsibility.
  • Identify areas for improvement related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop action plans and implement initiatives to address gaps and promote a more inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a professional services organization, preferably in a talent management or HR consulting role.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to work with resilience.
  • Ability to build excellent client relationships, establishing trust and confidence.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into people plans.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and make decisions confidently.
  • Experience of managing and handling the people aspects of change management.
  • Experience of developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Experience of providing meaningful management reporting.
  • Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
