About the Role:

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a dedicated Community Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and responding appropriately to requests for information and service requests. You will assist customers in understanding and completing relevant documents, forms, applications, and registrations, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and professionalism.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and service requests via written correspondence.
  • Assist customers in completing forms and applications, addressing special needs such as disability or language requirements.
  • Provide information and advice to the public across a range of client groups, including Older People, Physical Disability, and Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally within a public sector or social care environment.
  • Ability to work within agreed procedures, especially in safeguarding adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and professionalism.
  • Assist customers in completing forms and applications, addressing special needs and providing support where required.
  • Provide information and advice to the public, ensuring that all interactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring that they are effective and efficient.
