Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Daily Supply Teachers to work in primary schools. As a Daily Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of education during teacher absences. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in various school settings and make a positive impact on students' learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Classroom Management: Create a positive and engaging learning environment by effectively managing student behavior and keeping them focused on their tasks.
  • Lesson Delivery: Implement lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher, delivering engaging and effective instruction across a range of subjects.
  • Adaptability: Be prepared to teach different year groups and adjust quickly to various classroom environments and needs.
  • Student Support: Provide individualized support to students or small groups to enhance their learning and address specific educational requirements.
  • Feedback: Leave detailed feedback for the regular classroom teacher regarding student progress and any challenges encountered during the day.
  • Professionalism: Represent Protocol Education with the highest standards of professionalism and teaching quality.

What We Require

  • Education: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience teaching in primary schools is preferred but not essential.
