Early Career Teachers (ECT)

£32 - £42k per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

September 2024 (or sooner)

Role

We are looking to speak to Secondary ECTs who are looking for their first role for September 2024. We are working with a number of Schools in the Cambridge area who are keen to speak to ECTs about permanent roles for September 2024 start.

Requirements

The desired ECT will have;

Experience of working with secondary school aged children

Experience of working with pupils with SEND

A passion for the progress of secondary school pupils

An ability to work as part of a team
