Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and experienced Supply Teachers to join our team as part of our cover team in local Secondary Schools. As a Supply Teacher, you will work with KS3 & 4 pupils, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide educational support to KS3 & 4 pupils in a Secondary School setting
- Work as part of an established cover team to ensure continuity of education
- Support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and school staff
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience of working with secondary school-aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- Passion for the progress of secondary school pupils
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
