We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Support Professional to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Special Education Needs in a Secondary school in South Cambridge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building positive relationships with pupils and supporting their educational and personal development
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation, and providing individualized support to pupils as needed
- Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCo, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized Education Health Care plans
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, particularly those with Special Education Needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
