You will work with a caseload providing peer support to individuals with CEN, ensuring that support is delivered in a person-centred manner, enabling individuals accessing the service and those close to them to be involved in treatment decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Support the provision of high-quality patient services that meet the Trust's Standards.
- Work with a caseload providing peer support to individuals with CEN.
- Ensure peer support is delivered in a person-centred manner.
- Assist individuals to develop support plans.
- Constructively challenge poor practice.
- Effectively manage, organise, and prioritise your own workload.
