Responsibilities

  • The vacancy is for a Lighting Technician in our warehouse.
  • Hours of work are: Wednesday to Thursday 9:30am to 6:00pm, Friday 9:30pm to 5:30pm, Saturday & Sunday 9:30am to 6:00pm.
  • Work as part of a team in the preparation, cleaning, verification, testing, and returning of department-specific and associated equipment to Company standard and procedure.
  • Accurately check stock.
  • Identify and report damaged equipment and report to line manager.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, and locations.
  • Complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to a schedule.
  • Inform the Head of Department of any shortages of equipment/consumables for forthcoming jobs.
  • Check sub-hired equipment upon receipt of and prior to return, ensuring items are complete and in the same condition as received from supplier.
  • Carry out regulatory compliance testing as appropriate.
  • Fulfill routine maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Ensure the LEAN process is adhered to at all times.
  • Unload and load vehicles as required.
  • Assist in the undertaking of stock cycle counts with the department when scheduled.
