Position Overview

Are you equipped with an electrical certification and possess a minimum of five years of experience in a role as an Electrical Field Technician?

We are seeking a dedicated technician who is willing to travel to various sites as required.

About Us

Futures is in search of an Electrical Field Technician to join a prominent manufacturer specializing in high-reliability and safety-critical electro-mechanical systems.

In light of recent growth, we are looking to expand our team with an Electrical Field Technician who has a background in the installation and maintenance of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or isolated power supply (IPS) systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform installations and maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Commission and service UPS and IPS equipment.
  • Travel to client sites as necessary to provide technical support.
Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation & Commissioning and/or Maintenance or an equivalent qualification.
  • 17th / 18th Edition certification is highly desirable, along with relevant electrical engineering experience.
Soft Skills

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Additional Information

Willingness to travel is essential. Depending on your experience, various training opportunities will be provided, both through formal courses and on-the-job learning.
