Position Overview

AV Engineer

VIQU Ltd is looking for a skilled AV Engineer to support a comprehensive upgrade of IT infrastructure across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in both hardware and software upgrades, focusing on the decommissioning of outdated AV systems and the installation of advanced equipment in corporate meeting spaces. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated background as an AV Engineer or AV Technician, specializing in Audio Visual and Video Conferencing technologies.
  • Proficient in the removal and installation of AV equipment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), with experience in platforms such as Zoom, Skype, and WebEx being advantageous.
  • Expertise in Video Conferencing solutions, including but not limited to Crestron, Poly, and Qsys.
  • Experience in configuring and deploying audio-visual devices.
  • Ability to provide support to users at various levels, including VIPs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining AV/VC environments.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.

This role requires the AV Engineer to work on-site five days a week, with parking available if necessary.
