Our client is a leading Audio Visual events production company who work with some of the UK's leading events agencies to supply a range of audio, video, lighting and streaming equipment for live and hybrid events.
The Role
The Technical Manager is the technical specialist and will support both the warehouse team as well as the freelance crew and Project Management team. You will also oversee the prepping and testing of equipment by the warehouse team and ensure that the rental equipment is kept in order and updated to current standards.
About You
Technical experience in working with audio visual equipment for live events and corporate events is a must-have within a rental company or production house. This is mainly a warehouse-based role with some on-site travel to events if required. Experience in wider areas such as procurement of kit, cost saving for the business, and keeping the rental fleet up to date and compliant would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the warehouse team and freelance crew
- Oversee equipment prepping and testing
- Ensure rental equipment is kept in order and updated
Our client is looking for an experienced AV Technician who is looking for less travel and a stable role with a great team.
