About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional to join our Insurance, Pensions & Investments (IP&I) division as the Head of Portfolio Management. In this role, you will oversee the performance of our dynamic investment portfolio, collaborating with Business Unit leaders to assess portfolio status, tackle challenges, and pinpoint growth and enhancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Formulate and uphold the strategic framework for the Agile investment portfolio across the organization, ensuring alignment with our Insurance, Pensions, and Investments strategy.
  • Partner with senior management and key stakeholders to prioritize portfolio projects, balancing strategic goals with available resources.
  • Supervise and enhance the financial performance of the portfolio at a corporate level, managing budget distribution, forecasting, and financial oversight.
  • Develop strategies to boost return on investment (ROI) and reduce financial risks throughout the portfolio.
  • Identify and address cross-portfolio risks and dependencies that could affect organizational project timelines and results.
  • Set and uphold quality benchmarks for portfolio projects, emphasizing consistency, reliability, and customer satisfaction across the business portfolio.
  • Implement quality assurance protocols and performance indicators to evaluate and enhance the overall quality of deliverables at the business unit level.
  • Effectively communicate portfolio performance, risks, and strategic insights to stakeholders, promoting transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate Business Unit level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), offering insights and analysis on portfolio performance, strategic alignment, and key initiatives.
