Key Responsibilities:- Booking and conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory health and safety standards
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals to maintain strong relationships with clients
- Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
- Ensuring timely deposit returns and resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests and managing complaints
- Completing thorough inventory reports and check-in/check-out procedures
- A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Previous experience in a Property Manager role or customer-facing/administrative roles
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- IT skills and attention to detail
- A competitive basic salary range of £20,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience
- Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary)
- A further £2,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary)
- Minimum on-target earnings of £28,125+ per year
- Company car and full-time working hours
- 30 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays)
