Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient scheduling of appointments and maintenance works to meet our contractual Service Level Agreements.
You will work closely with our clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to coordinate the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the scheduling of appointments and maintenance works to meet contractual deadlines
- Communicating effectively with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitoring and reporting on service delivery performance to identify areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A background in social housing and repair and maintenance, with experience in scheduling and planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Basic building maintenance knowledge and understanding of construction processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
