Contracts Coordinator - The Role:
We have an office-based vacancy within our Dartford Logistics department for a Contracts Co-ordinator. This interesting role entails liaising with customers and Davies Turner colleagues to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Arranging final mile deliveries to the end customer and performing other administrative duties in a professional and positive manner.
Contracts Coordinator – Responsibilities:
- Arranging import shipment bookings
- Close attention to detail updating the Warehouse Management System
- Liaising with our customers, offices and overseas partners
- Charging files, passing invoices and dealing with queries
- Adaptable and willing to learn
- A team player keen to play a part in the success of the department
- Excellent communication skills – dealing with customers, keeping them updated, solving problems
- Good Commercial awareness
Contracts Coordinator - You:
For this Contracts Coordinator opportunity, if you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:
- Willingness to learn new systems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- A self-starter and driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build a rapport with Customers and Davies Turner colleagues
- Experience in a Logistics environment is ideal but not essential, as full training will be given
- GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
In addition, you’ll also need the right to work in the UK - we are not able to sponsor work permits.
